We look at how similar businesses present their services, organise your offer and identify what needs to be explained. Before work begins, we confirm the pages, features and review dates in writing, working towards launch within 2.5 months of your first payment.

We write the text and develop the visual direction around your business. We show you how it works on your pages, then refine the wording and design through the two included rounds of revisions.

Domain registration and renewal, outside subscriptions and any paid font, image or content licences are purchased by your business and are not included in the $3,000 plan. We help find suitable options and agree the costs with you before purchase. Work beyond the package is quoted separately for your approval.

We send you a short project questionnaire and confirm the pages, materials and review dates for launch within 2.5 months of your first payment. Work starts once you approve the scope; your materials, feedback and approval follow the agreed schedule.

Do I need to write the text or prepare a full brief?
Start with what you know about your business and any materials you have. We help plan the pages and write the text. You provide the facts and review the wording for accuracy.
Can you work with my existing website?
Yes. Share the link and what no longer works for you. We’ll identify the content worth keeping and confirm the pages and features in your project scope.
Can customers book or buy through the website?
The plan includes an inquiry form or a connection to the booking service you already use; that service’s subscription is separate. An online store, custom booking system or other added functionality needs a separate scope and quote.
What if I need more than five pages?

When will the website be ready?
Within 2.5 months of your first payment. We schedule website creation, both included revision rounds and launch within that period, with your materials, feedback and approval provided on the agreed dates. Payments continue over 12 months. After launch, first-year care includes up to one hour of content updates each month.
Who owns the finished website?
Ownership of the finished design and source files transfers to you when the $3,000 total is paid. Your domain, supplied content and customer data remain yours throughout. Outside tools and assets retain their own licenses.
What happens after the first year?
The $3,000 total covers the agreed website and first-year care. We confirm the arrangements for hosting and any support beyond the first year with your project scope. The price shown here covers the first year; further services are agreed separately.
How do you create the website?
We use AI throughout the work. SKARR directs the writing, design and development, checks the finished website and brings the parts together. You review the content and design before launch.
