Our standard
We want skarr.pro to work for everyone, including people who use a screen reader, a keyboard, voice control or zoom. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA.
Today skarr.pro is partially conformant: some parts don’t fully meet the standard yet. We checked the site ourselves in October 2026 with automated tests, a keyboard review and reduced motion on. We haven’t tested it with screen readers yet.
Known limitations
- Some case studies play short silent video loops with no pause button. Turn on reduce motion in your system settings and they stay still.
- Some small grey labels, such as captions in the services list and hints in the project brief, have too little contrast. Zoom helps, and we’ll gladly send any text you can’t read as a message.
- On some cards and menus, the name a screen reader or voice control hears differs from the text you see.
- There is no “skip to content” link yet. Every page marks its main content, so screen reader users can jump to it.
- Buy buttons open Stripe’s checkout in a new tab without saying so. Stripe runs that page.
- Some case studies are working copies of sites we built for clients and keep each client’s own design, so their accessibility can differ from the rest of the site.
