Who we are
SKARR.PRO (“we”, “us”) is a design and web development studio in California. This policy covers skarr.pro and our client services: briefs (briefs.skarr.pro and approval.skarr.pro), approval pages (approve.skarr.pro) and the client portal (clients.skarr.pro).
What we collect
- Visits. With every request, our host Cloudflare receives your IP address, browser and device type, the page you open and the page that sent you. Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address and browser details.
- Requests through our forms. Your name, phone number, email if you give it and, on some forms, your business, website and a description of your project. A request goes to our CRM (HubSpot), to a private Telegram chat we use for work and to our internal inbox.
- Messages. If you write to us on Telegram or WhatsApp, we receive what you send and your name, username or number as the app shows it.
- Payments. Buy buttons open Stripe’s payment page. Your card details go to Stripe only. Stripe tells us your name, email, the amount, what you bought and any other details its page asked for, such as country or ZIP code.
- Briefs. Your answers, links, contact details and the images you attach. Images are resized in your browser, which removes camera and GPS data. Voice notes are turned into text by Cloudflare Workers AI; we don’t store the audio. While you work, your browser keeps a draft of the brief on your device. Public briefs linked from our site keep the latest answers sent through them, and the next visitor can see them — for your project, ask us for a private brief.
- Approvals. When you approve work, we save your decision, the name you type as your signature, the time, your IP address, the city and country estimated from it and your browser. We also log sign-in attempts to stop password guessing.
- Client portal. Your username, email, password (stored only as a salted hash) and which materials you have opened.
We use this to reply to you, do the project, take payments, keep our records and keep our sites secure. We don’t sell personal information, we run no advertising pixels or session recording, and we don’t use your information to train AI models.
Who receives it
We share personal information only with the services below, and when the law requires it.

Analytics, cookies and Do Not Track
Pages on skarr.pro run Google Analytics. It sets cookies with a random ID and sends Google the pages you view, the page that sent you, your device and browser and your IP address. Because Google Analytics runs on many websites, Google may collect information about your activity over time and across sites. Google explains this in How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services. To opt out, use the Google Analytics opt-out add-on or block cookies in your browser. The SoundCloud player and Vimeo videos on one case page may also collect such information under their own policies.
Our site does not respond to Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signals yet: Google Analytics loads either way.
Cloudflare Web Analytics also counts visits, without cookies. Briefs, approval pages and the client portal run no analytics.
| Cookie | What for | How long |
|---|---|---|
| _ga, _ga_RWP79FHH7Q | Google Analytics on skarr.pro | Up to 2 years |
| Sign-in cookies on private briefs, approval pages and the client portal | Keep you signed in | 12 hours to 30 days |
How long we keep it
- Brief answers, their earlier versions and images: up to 365 days after you send them.
- Voice notes: not stored.
- Requests, approval records and portal accounts: as long as we need them for the project and our records.
- Payment records: as long as tax rules require.
- Google Analytics: cookies up to 2 years; reports under the retention setting of our account.
We delete what you ask us to delete, unless we must keep it — for example, payment records for taxes.
Your choices
You can ask us to show, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you. Message us and we’ll respond within 30 days. We may first ask you to confirm the information is yours. If we must keep something, we’ll tell you what and why.
The California Consumer Privacy Act applies to businesses above size thresholds we don’t meet, but we honor requests to access and delete information as described here.
Changes to this policy
When we change this policy, we post the new version here and update the date at the top. A material change is flagged at the top of this page for at least 30 days.
